Hey all. I am a male, pretty thin, around 120 pounds. I started lifting in May.
My butt is shallow on the sides, and when I turn at an angle it is kind of gross to look at, like an unhealthy butt. How do I grow a fuller bubble butt? Will squats alone solve the issue?
Squats, deadlifts, hip thrusts if you are really into it. Also doing step stair cardio if they have it should be perf.
squats but probably also gaining body fat as you are bulking for muscle will help too.
do you see the butts of Mr Universe? its not a bubble butt either

Alright I am also doing deadlifts, forgot to mention. And I will look into the stair cardio although I prefer plain old track.
A bubble butt is not my main goal with exercising but it's one of my goals. Ive always had this shallow butt and im kind of tired of it.
