So /fit/ I got to novice strength level using SL. Should I keep lifting and get to intermediate and then move to a PPL routine or should I just dive right in? I wanna get as close to bear mode as possible natty
I'm genuinely curious here as well, do I keep doing ICF till I hit 1/2/3/4? And then move on?

You milk a beginner LP like SL for as long as you can. Switching to an intermediate program before that is pointless, you won't make gains any faster. You'll just waste your time.
