I have a month off from work, and i want to use it to increase my weight loss even more. 1.5 Years ago i was 156KG, now im 95. A healthy weight for me would be around 75 so i want to do the last 20 in a fasting period.
My question is, if i exercised regularly and fasted for 3 weeks, how much could i lose? is 20kg obtainable ?
That might have been obtainable when you where 156. Now you might get closer to 85 or something, and some of it is going to be water weight.
I water fasted for 28 days and lost 30 lbs. Don't exercise for a long fast you need to reserve your energy the fat melts off anyway.. you can do it and will function fine

Not him, but ive done a 20 day fast before. its completely possible.

Fist few days they're not, after that you feel progressively weaker, you will also lose some muscle from fasting, but not much. It's for fast culling of body fat.
