Just took antibiotics, Ciprofloxacin for three days (500mg x2) because I "could have" a bowel infection (i had nothing)

This shit is the worst shit on earth, now my ankle hurts and my shoulder feels impigmented, i can't internal rotate it. Cipro seems to cause tendon damage that is long lasting and other weird side effects

I hope it's temporal but it seems that this pain is chronic after taking a few pills

Have caution, never take this fucking shit, I'm scared shitless now that i will have permanent damage because of this, it seems doctors give this shit openly to people in fitness and wreck lives

As long as you're young you should be fine after a while. Shit like this fucked my dad up for a long time though, he had really bad tendonitis in his whole body, and it took several years before he felt normal again.

That sucks op. Guy infections are very tough to fight. What you got is one of the best ways, best being determine by factors like safest and easiest to take, you are very right to be worried and it would be very wise not strain your tendons.
