I have a huge problem /fit/.
Since I started working out (about a month or so), I have done each session at night. Between 11PM and 12PM. Despite the time, feel enough energy, and workout happily. At the end, I feel tired and relaxed, go watch Tv for a while and then go to bed.
The problem is this. By the time Im supossed to workout, I have no energy. I just feel sleepy. Kinda tired. I feell like I could just drop on my bed and be asleep within 5 seconds.
What is going on /fit/? It is time right now btw. Gonna try, and see what happens.

Don't over exert yourself OP. If you can do all the in the pic in an hour then you're going pretty fast.
This is why you're pooped by the time it's time to workout again.
Take your time, focus on form and do one muscle group per workout.

I can do this in half an hour or so. Probably my form is shit, but I do my best to do it as good as I can.
I do this 3x week.
Thought about just doing a PPL, would that work?

If you're working out 3 times a week I don't see why not. PPL seems appropriate.
