/fit/, With all the skinnies here who say that they cant gain weight, despite eating enough, I have started wondering.
Is it possible that their diet would actually be enough to make them gain weight, but they havent gained it due to also starting to do exercise?
What would this lead to? Say, in a few months. Would a skeleton still be a sekeleton, but at least be extremly lean, and have decent strenght? Or would it just leave them at the starting point?
Also, whats the minimum weight to not be considered a skeletor?

You're supposed to factor exercise into your TDEE, so no.

If you're eating at maintenance, then you'd lower your body fat at the same rate you increase lean body mass. Obviously this is only up to a point, you can't reach 0% or even 5% body fat percentage.

Your height in cm minus 100kg.

That last point ia retarded. I'm 183cm, 83kg.at my height is extremely heavy and I'd either have super high bodyfat or be juicy to reach that mass.
