I like to do my bicep curls at the same time I use the leg extension machine, pic related.

yes, why are you curling when you are working legs, ive seen a lot of dyels do this.
if you want bigger biceps, 6-8 sets of curls a week is enough.

OK, I'm going to give you a serious answer.
No, it's not a good idea. By doing two exercises at once you're putting more strain on your body and your CNS so you're doing neither lift as well as you otherwise could. If you did them one at a time you'd be able to lift more for each, or do more reps, and see better results. The time saved does not lead to better gains.
