Story time:
Lifting for 3 months now. As I'm low budget vegan I struggle to reach daily surplus of calories and due to cycling to uni I burn plenty of calories as well. (uphill in both directions)
So overall I decided to fuck my attempt of getting at least 65kg, currently 57, before I worked out 61 (yeh, failed hard on gaining mass)
Now I got a new long term target: Look like fucking Bruce Lee, so get some definition, do crazy ass calisthenic exercises and maintain the definition, which is easy for me, hard part is on gaining the muscle mass, not just the strength.
