I've been training my abs 4-5 times a week for about 2 weeks now. I'm getting good results but my obliques are getting too defined. I hate that look. What am I doing wrong. Generally speaking I do my workouts weighted Here's my routine:
50 crunches
15-20 leg raises
20 reverse crunches
About 40 seconds bicycle crunches or whatever they're called
1 minute planks
4 sets on average
I want to eliminate the ones that work obliques a lot, and if possible give me a good replacement
