Is this routine good?
I'm running nsuns also. It's pretty good but you gotta spend more time at the gym if you're used to working out an hour. Workouts take me 1 and a half hours minimum

Yeah I usually spend around the same amount of time. Have you made much strength gains on this? I've only been doing it 2 weeks so I can't tell yet.

Well I've been doing it for a month but I've been out of the gym for almost 2 weeks now, I have runners knee. I'm positive that it's my form and not the volume. During the month, the first week was couple of days was a struggle getting used to the volume but once I did I've been completing my workouts and steadily going up every week. Going from PPL to a 531 helped me, for me taking a calculated approach to my workouts is helping me make actual progress instead of fucking around.
Also there is an app called Zero to Hero which has this program built into it. You input how many reps you did in your 1+ amrap set and it will automatically adjust your weight for the next workout.
