Hey motherfuckers, I've been doing cardio like cycling and body weight type shit like pressups and chinups for a couple years now, I'm in okay shape, but I need to know how to get my core shredded, I still have a bit of a belly sticking out even though my other muscle sets are cut.

AntiTorsion: Suitcase caries, pic related, one arm overhead dumbell press.
Antirotation: pallof press, one arm dumbell bench press/row, cable half press/push.
All focusing on maintaining the core straight and engaged, as if you don't want to move your torso.
Do each type one day of training in a 3 days per week, i . e, Mdy DRAGONFLAG, Wdy Human Flag, and Sady pallof press
