How do I go out about this /fit/

I've read the stocky numerous times.

I have a program from my strength and conditioning coach.

Diet wise, what do I need to do.

that is 26 weeks.

10 kg / 26 weeks = 0.38kg per week

Or 0.84lbs a week.

You're meant to gain 1lb a week at a surplus of 500kcal a day (3500 a week).

Figure out of your maintenance then eat 400-450kcal above that a day.

Don't forgot to work out your new maintenance every month.
