Basically I wanna hit ottermode. 6'1 180 lbs around 14% body fat. Do I continue cutting or how do I do this? Read somewhere that i need to do cardio everyday. Help

Ottermode works best if you have a great chin/jawline/cheekbones. Basically you need an aesthetic face. If you don't have that it wouldn't be worth going for that body type, unless that's actually your dream physique and you're not just doing it for girls.
