I have a big problem with my squatting form.
Today I realised that my right leg is pushing more while squatting and that I look really asymetrical in the mirror from in front of me. I didn't really figured out why though. I thern deloaded 10% and nothing changed at my form.
Then I checked how I look from the side so I turned 90 degree to see myself in the mirror and saw that the bar is like pic related. I always did squat like this and my back is always hurting a little bit after it. I think I do know why...
How do I fix this, I cant see it upfront and I cant always turn to the side. Having the bar right felt extremely weird and without seeing myself from the side I could only guess if it is straight or not.
