What kind of program can I do with a lower back injury? I was doing SL 5x5 but I've injured something and now it hurts to even bend over. I cant do squats, deadlifts, rows, or even OHP qq.
This isnt in the sticky is it?
Should I just do bench press then?

Good job you dumbass, what were you doing when you hurt yourself?
I'd suggest taking a break from all lifting for a while, and let your back heal.
Also if it's that bad that you literally can't bend over, seeing a doctor wouldn't hurt. (no pun intended)
Rest, let your back heal, rehab with bodyweight exercises.

3-6 months depending on how well you recover. Switch to cutting as you don't need to eat much for a good long while, and try to get a lot of vit C, like 10g or more over the day, as it actually does reduce the pain and immobility. Do not take painkillers unless you're in agony as feeling the injury also helps recovery. Good luck fellow snap citizen

Might as well just do bench as it is the weakest lifts for most people.
Your strength for squat and deadlift can sky rocket if you know how to do it.
If you're really that desperate, go to a physio, they will help you.
