Is "Fatsecret" a good site to count calories? Why do I keep thinking that it actually shows considerably less calories than what the actual food has? How tf can 100g of chickpeas have 364kcal but 100g of chickpea soup have fucking 82? Doesn't make fucking sense

/Fit/ must know. is chickpea soup good for weight loss or no?
