Hey /fit/brehs, it has come to my attention that you guys are very health conscious, and like to stay away from chemicals in your food. One of the most common chemical substances found in food is dihydrogen monoxide.Dihydrogen Monoxide (DHMO) is a colorless and odorless chemical compound, also referred to by some as Dihydrogen Oxide, Hydrogen Hydroxide, Hydronium Hydroxide, or simply Hydric acid. Its basis is the unstable radical Hydroxide, the components of which are found in a number of caustic, explosive and poisonous compounds such as Sulfuric Acid, Nitroglycerine and Ethyl Alcohol.
For more detailed information, including precautions, disposal procedures and storage requirements, refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for Dihydrogen Monoxide.
Many of your favorite mass gainers, protein shakes, prepared meals, pre-workouts contain this extremely common and potentially poisonous chemical. Right now, chances are you have a concentration of DHMO in your body that is 3/4 of the lethal dose. Tread very carefully and always read the ingredients list on your supplements/food/nutritional implements etc. and learn as much as possible about them.
