Hey guys I just started lifting and am on a push pull program. When i raise my arms directly up i get pain in the shoulder and armpit area. I was wondering if this is normal for a newbie because im also very sore. thanks anon!

Yes it's normal. Yes it goes away. If it get too bad, then do legs or something. Keep lifting.
Hey, I've been lifting for like 8 weeks now, and I almost never get sore. About 4 weeks ago I thought I needed to up the intensity of my workouts, so I really push myself, but I'm still not getting sore and feel like I can work out every day. Am I not working out hard enough?

I've been lifintg for 5 monts now.
For almost 3 i didn't really feel sore. I'm experiencing some fucked up but delicious chest and arms doms. Its all good, bro. Maybe will start when you lift heavier or with more volume, i dont know
