What's your opinion on the carb curfew, /fit/? Simple broscience or untapped knowledge not proven by poorly controlled experiments?

Don't listen to the "carbs are bad" shills. I eat over 400g carbs a day and I have no problem cutting weight. People who think it easily stores as far at night are fucking idiots.

I could post a timestamped picture, or you could actually google "denovo lipogenesis" and find out how fucking inefficient and complicated it is for our bodies to convert carbs to fat.
I'm not defending sugar and other processed shit, but carbs aren't something that we should look at as bad. Christ, skinny vegans eat like 80+% of their calories through carbs.
I always lose more weight when I cut carbs out completely
I never gained any benefits from going on high on carbs aside from feeling hungry a lot and shit

Pretty much this if you're talking about cutting specifically. Contrary to ketofag logic, it's actually more efficient(and healthier) for you to cut on a diet with minimal fat. Not to mention that by upping your carbs and protein while cutting, you'll feel fuller.
Not saying keto doesn't work, but for long term goals, and for maintaining a healthy appetite, while all the while not losing drastic amounts of strength, up your carbs all fucking day OP
