is overhead press enough for lateral head of delt?

BAND
FACE
PULLS
GOODBYE
i don't know
You're not the boss of me, dad
I did a double take because I thought the thumbnail was a uterus.
Nah, do lateral raises.
However, I think OHP and bench are enough for anterior delt, so you probably won't have to do front raises any time soon.
>>42215389
no, maybe dumbbell only, but still no
>>42215520
are lateral raises considered a push or a pull exercise ?
>>42215544
Not sure if srs question.
>>42215544
Do them on push day
>>42215544
push because I have to jelly my dick into your sisters ass and eat pizza while you lift 12lbs sideways
>>42215544
neither
>>42215457
I slept on these so bad
My delts responded extremely well to face pulls and my posture on 10x better.
So much so that people were asking me if I got taller

it's legs m8

Face pulls are my favorite. I love that feeling in my lower traps and rear delts.

Anterior delts - BP, incline BP, and OHP (hits all three but mainly anterior)
Medial delts - side lateral raises
Rear delts - face pulls
I only do OHP and upright barbell row, am I fucking myself over?
>>42215507
Glad I am not the only one

this
front raises are a waste of time in 99% of cases, because benching with high volume (even just flat bench and variations of flat bench) will already hit your front delts hard, add in OHP or incline and your front delts are hit more than enough

don't do upright barbell rows, they're terrible for your shoulder health
