How do those of you who have physically demanding jobs stay fit? How do you have the energy to get in the gym? What motivates you, tips and tricks? Also /fit/ jobs general.

A lot of coffee and sleep. Worked as a kayak/wwr guide in CO for a few years. I usually only had one or two 3 hour tours a day, so I had a lot of time to workout and cut loose with my co-workers.
