Bodybuilding routines such as PPL leave me feeling fatigued and even more depressed. Anyone got advice or routine that sets it's focus towards feeling good?
How's your diet?

Plant based (The same fatigue occurred before this is nothing new). I'm 6ft6 so meeting my macros is quite a struggle.
Lithium orotate 5mg daily

Eat meat
Not even memeing, long-term veganism has this effect.

I had the same issue before changing my diet, perhaps even more so. The PPL i'm currently running is 6 days a week, i feel that is probably more the issue. But I also feel like going to the gym 3 days a week is too little.
Just eat what you evolved to eat, it's all about the food.
That includes lots of meat, berries and milk (if you're European)

Well start hitting macros and try eating meat. Diet is just as, if not MORE, important than actually lifting.

What does a typical three day Pull/Push/Leg routine look like for you?
If your days are intense, training six days a week can be very taxing in the long run, especially if your diet isn't on point and/or you aren't getting enough quality sleep. If it were me, I'd take 3 days off and see how I felt.
As an aside, I was feeling this way once when I was running a long-term carb deficit. Physical and mental fatigue, difficulty concentrating, poor sleep, etc. I finally said fuck this diet, went to Steak n Shake, and inhaled two triple steak burgers and two orders of large fries. The next day I felt like a new man.

Should I just start carbing up with huge bowls of rice or something?

it's the opposite for me
going to the gym is the only thing that tempers my depression so I make sure to do pplpplx so I'm in the gym as much as possible

So go 4 or 5 days a week? Duh

i just want you to know that i was on this program and its very lacking in the chest area. But it felt pretty balanced everywhere else and it felt focused on shoulders too. Maybe lacking ab work too.

Depends on what your diet looks like now. I know for me - while generally keeping a low to moderate carb diet - some carb heavy days can be very replenishing. What does a typical days worth of food look like for you?
Also are you shifting to this routine from something else, or are you new to strength training in general?
