doing it for 90 days now, i do every set till muscles give up. then i push my self after short rest a couple more.
noticed some slight gains, and physique change.
If u faggots can suggest some regimens for workout, to gain some mass mostly is my focus now. i dont really wanna go slim muscle, but even more i dont wanna go outside of my room to exercise

Overhead Press 3x6
Weighted Dips 3x8
Standing Calf Raise 3xFailure

Deadlift 3x5
Barbell Row 3x6
Weighted Pullups 3x6
Weighted Crunches 3x10
But I don't know if it's any good. I'm just starting.
