While working out my forearms i'm pretty sure i bruised some muscle? there's no external bruising but it fucking hurts on my left arm if its hit to hard, what the hell did i do, do i need to stop working out forearms? help me avoid /toothpickforearms/ hell! what the FUCK did i do? to many curls? for example: i do 160 curls every day (low number i know) so i don't think curls somehow do this? ( i do curls in intervals of 40 so it goes (40 + 40 + 40 + 40 = 160) i DON'T think its my curls, do i need to reduce my weights? i've been happy with my gains and can still lift but i don't want to fuck up my left arm permanently.
