Anyone here ever get chostocondritis? I had a case a week ago.

I have it, I haven't figured out how to get rid of it yet. I lift as much as I can, but rest when necessary. I can only really manage 3 days a week, which is enough I guess. I don't train chest because of it.

I've had it for about 10 months now, it came overnight I think. It can go away, but apparently you have to rest and wait it out. I have a very physical job, so I'm fucked regardless, so I may as well go to the gym in the meantime.

Used to have this shit. Also thought it was my heart. Took 6 months off lifting. But it healed.

I had it. Fix your posture. Substitute push-ups with people or weights on your back in lieu of Bench.

How the fuck did urgent care think you had an infarction? Didn't they do an EKG as the first fucking thing? That should have pretty much ruled it out, blood test for BNP markers to make sure. I assume that's what they eventually did, tho.
