But I'm not a mongoloid and I do presses for them sweet front delt gains. If I wanted to get gains in the other two heads, I would train them separately.
It's 2009+8, isolation work is the way to go

if I did every meme exercise some geek on /fit/ told me to do, i'd be in the gym 6 hours a day

if you already do some form of pressing with enough volume (be it horizontal, inclined, or overhead) and side and rear delt work, there is little this exercise offers you beyond looking like a nerd and a possible ticket to snap city if your shoulder geometry makes you unsuited for it
