I don't do PRs anymore

Looking back, hitting 455lbs deadlift at 170lbs
hitting 425lbs squat at 180lbs

It wasn't really worth it
I mean momentary hype is the easiest thing anyone can do, even babies can throw tantrums for a second when they get hyped

I learned that real effort stemming from will power lasts about 2 to 3 minutes. Not 1 to 11 seconds.

but back then I would think of silly shit before doing PR,
like imagery of Pete Rubbish doing his PRs
or when Gurren Lagann was all blue made of pure energy in that crossed armed wide stance with its massive legs with Simon's confidence.

Now it's just trying to concentrate into the flow for 2 to 3 minutes.

But usually i'm quiet, trying to get as much air as I can breathe to fuel me. (I'm talking about erg 2k scores).
