I can't be arsed deadlifting or flat barbell benching anymore.
Will I still make gains if my goals is hypertrophy? I'm still going to do dumbell bench.

My goal was to deadlift 200kg@74kg
Now I've got that I'm not really bothered.
I feel like deadlifts are completely overrated for hypertrophy and that my energy would be better spent doing other stuff.

if you only work "hypertrophy" (Primarily isolation) you should still do deadlifts, don't even worry about going heavy or progressing. If you don't you might be uneven and look shitty because there's gaps in your physique.
