I've had a lower body lift (excess skin removal) 4 months ago. 4 more weeks of cutting until I'll have my upper body lift (first time in my life without moobs).

Can anybody tell me why the FUCK I haven't hit 2pl8 bench yet? I've been lifting for two years, have a pretty aesthetic body and yet I'm only benching 185x5

/fit/ makes 2pl8 out to be a somewhat easily attainable goal, so what am I doing wrong?

you should get that in a year, honestly.
eat more and get at least 8 hours of sleep if you arent. bench is a lift that really depends on your nutrition.

i also find more frequency is the best way ti train bench. i also recommend doing nuckols bench 3x int from 28 free programs (for accessories do whatever you want but take it light on the second day, and bench should be enough for your chest although i like to do close grip after the amrap test).

Vacuums do a great job of keeping your waist tight, plus they help with balance. It doesn't hurt to throw them into your routine
And honestly situps, crunches, russian twists. Add weight and do till exhaustion. Takes a little while when you're starting from nothing but you'll get there

To anyone here that has made it: how much of your facial fat has gone away? I've been lifting for about a year not caring about how much fat I put on so long as I was putting on muscle. It left me at about 20% bf.

Anyways the top is what my jawline looks like now. I can sort of stretch it to see what it would look like with less fat. At what bf will my jawline start to resemble this? I'm ready for face gainz
