Hi /fit. Im a 19 year old dude who recently has taken his life back into his own hands, and in the span of 2 months, have lost nearly 30 pounds, from being over 300, to 277. Im pushing myself harder and harder each day, but i worry that when i go back to college, i will struggle immensely with the shift and easy access to crap food. Any tips to help?

Make a google calendar and fill in when your classes and meal times are. Next - allow ~45min per class for homework time each day (it doesn't need to be back to back). Whatever other free time you have go to the gym. Do not ever go more than the allotted time and not switch tasks in order to get you into a routine. I extracted caffine from dollar store tea packets and made them into pills to help me stay awake.
