The problem is that they're all funded by some heavily biased corporation. Even Supersize Me was funded by anti GMO groups with a bias against the fast food industry.
General wisdom is always take what documentaries say with a grain of salt because they're always made with some kind of agenda behind them.

Not sure about being healthy, but you can sure as fuck eat McDonald's everyday without being fat.
I eat McDonald's like 2-3 times a week and I've lost 100 pounds in the past year.
