Last week I hit 1/2/3/4. Natty. Rest of my gym team has gone pro model or pro card bodybuilding.
Today went to the gym, could not even bench 35lb x 20. Had to drop down to 25 lb and I could barely do 5 reps per set. No tears or damage, I didn't even feel anything, there is not even post-workout swelling in the pec.
Feeling like I'm not going to make it. Any ideas on what this could be ? Going to a sport physio tomorrow.
