My chest is getting SMALLER
How do I get a big chest
I did 5x5 then 3x10 afterwords for hypertrophy
But now i'm thinking to drop the weight and do 20 reps on those last 3 sets instead. Anybody here with a gorilla chest pls post pic and tell me how you got it

Either your frequency, volume, or intensity are off. If you want to grow your chest, do 7-9 sets of chest exercises 2x a week at least, or just 5 sets of bench 3x a week.
Make sure it's difficult enough that you struggle on the last reps. Also make sure to form check. You should vary the number of reps per exercise, so for example:
3x5 Bench press
3x12 Dips (or Flyes)
3x8 Incline DB Press
With this you get variety, but you do all main functions of the chest, a heavy loaded press, a stretch, and a lighter press with a good contraction. Just make sure week to week you add weight, add reps, or add a set to some exercises.

You never grab the titties if you don't reach for them, lad, add some weight to your bench and use the other tips and your bench should go up 5lbs a week for a few weeks at least.
Also try switching up exercises. I got tired of normal bench and I've switched to close-grip and have been putting up more weight consistently.
