I work early in the morning with 6am shifts. I work only until 12 but I get sleepy and tired when I get home. How can I gain more energy so i can go to the gym after work?

Make sure to hit your carbs at lunch and maybe eat a banana for dessert it does wonders for your energy. Maybe a 1hr nap would help ? I used to work early shifts too, found I just wasn't getting enough sleep and started paying attention to it. Went right back on track

To sleep 8 hours, you must sleep at 8.30.
Between your shift's end and that, there are 8.30 hours.
I would drink a strong coffee after 10 and go workout at 12.30, be home and showered by 14.30, eat then do whatever
Or
Wake up at 3, go workout, then go to work, then sleep for a couple hours right after work. But you miss out on all the social interaction so maybe not.
