Read starting strength (this is the most important part)
Do either starting strength or GSLP
Read practical programming for strength training
Once you begin to stall on whichever program you did choose an intermediate program
Continue to get stronger, and build muscle and work capacity
Repeat ad infinitum

Keep working anything that works out your chest and arms, literally just make shit up as you go along. Never do any leg workouts or you'll be laughed at bu everyone in the gym.

Your lifting routine doesn't really matter in the beginning, as long as you're doing enough. Get a gym partner who knows what he's doing.
You need to focus on your diet.
