It is a meme. Why? Because height matters, a lot. I know a guy that's 190cm and does 3.5pl8 deads yet the dude looks lanky af. He squats 3 plates and his legs aren't don't even look anywhere near decent. The taller you are the longer your muscle fibers are which means the more weight it takes to break them.

That's why shorter people <170cm can probably look buff af without even reaching 1/2/3/4
