First of all, my english is not my main language,so sorry if i commit any mistakes. Im male, 20yrs old,173 cm height and know 75kg(bf 15%). So.. i did about 1 month of fuckaroundthis at the gym with the lowest gains, and I decided to change, got a better program at the gym (bodybuilding at this time) and a nutritionist,I was eating about 2150kcal and cheated three or four times. At the end of one month i lost about 1,4kg total bodywheight, and the bioimpedance analysis said it was 0,9kg of muscle and i GAINED 0,2kg of fat. Im now a beginner on powerlifting and the training is destroying me, i love it, but here comes my doubt, my nutritionist gave me another diet with just 2275kcal(yeah,i counted),and my powerlifter trainer(who is a professional on the sport for so long and winned a couple of events on my country) said i was eating too damn low for powerlifting ,that i should eat at least 3000kcal and not cut at the beginning because i dont have any muscles. I don`t know what to do. I did some math and my current TDEE is about 2465kcal/day.
