On a health standpoint is this documentary true?

Haven't watched it but looks like a bad comedy only sub-70 IQ people will find funny

It's true from a weight loss standpoint. IIRC it misses a lot of health related details as its focused on fast food. The guys gone bat shit since the documentary though.

He is right but also misleading

His mechanics are true. It pushes paleo and calorie in and out. I did a similar test and lost 20lbs in 8 wks eating solely fast food.

He practices CICO though. He eats a burger, maybe a diet soda, otherwise water, and passes on fries. He also exercises.

The point of the show was to blow out Supersize Me, which says if you eat fast food, you will get fat. In Fat Head, he preaches self control.
