Afternoon /fit/
I am coming here today for advice on burning fat. I have been consistently working out in the gym 5 days a week for a year now. I measured 25% BF last year and today I measure 25% BF.
I do 20 minutes of cardio daily and I have been through a couple body building programs. I have bulked up considerably from weight lifting gaining nearly 2 inches in most of my measurements besides forearms and calves.
I stick to a 2500 daily calorie goal and am usually under by 300-500 calories. My macros are 40c/40p/20f. I do not consume processed food and drinking nothing but water.
I have never been fat in my life until I left the service and gained 20 pounds which put me at 205 pounds and today I am 212 pounds.
What gives? why can't I shed this fat?

You're counting your calories incorrectly if you aren't losing fat with that diet. Unless you're 4'11.
Post your average daily diet specifics.

OP here
forgot to mention that the method of testing body composition both times was a 7 point skin caliper with a +/-3% margin. I have had this test conducted 4 times total throughout the year and all with the same result.
