Hey fit I've been counting calories for about 1 month. I dropped around 15 pounds. Pick related is me on June 27th I'll post a picture of me today to see if you guys notice any improvements. I've been researching intermittent fasting and decided to start today. I haven't eaten breakfast and plan to eat around 12. What should I expect fit? Is IF just a meme? Does anyone have any experience/ knowledge. I'm a dyel fag trying to improve himself and I'm making no excuses for my gluttony please fit help me.
OP here here's a pic of me taken today. Any significant improvement?
Love-handles look not as bad for sure. Try to do the same pose as the first pic so it's easier to compare.
You'll always look flabby without muscle
Go lift a thing

Okay I'll update you when I have the chance

Maybe its the angle but your hips are getting smaller. Congratz

I can't gain muscle while on a caloric deficite, I need to lose my fat first so I can go on a caloric surplus

Doesn't mean you shouldn't lift

>2017
>still believing this meme

Exfatty here, that's bullshit. I did a cut at 1500 (800deficit) for 3 months and lifted, progressed in lifts and lean throughout.
As a beginner you can eat shit, sleep like shit, lift like shit and you'll still make gains

How would we be able to tell if it's at a competently different fucking angle you dumbass?
>>42198067
As a fatty your body can use all that excess fat as energy. Just lift. You'll look better when you get leaner.
>>42198067
Yes you can you lazy piece of shit.
>>42197350
>first picture is unflattering angle
>second pic is angled down with arms up to make you look slimmer
why would you do that?

Sorry, wasn't intentional

>I need to eat less
>so that I can eat more

OP here by popular request I took another photo from a lower angle so you guys can make a better comparison.

I did strong lifts 5x5 btw, but I wouldn't recommend it. Do something like a PPL or PHUL routine, focus on high weight in barbells and maximum pump while doing accessories
Watch your form, do not go heavy on squats until you have the form
