I tend to leave at gym closing time, so I never shower there. I just clean my hands with the gel so I won't carry negro dead skin from the barbells to my hands and into my car.

I mostly use it to carry around snacks. I almost always have some granola bars, chocolate milks, protein bars, chips, beef jerky, cookies and nuts on me. I like to reward myself with a snack inbetween sets. Sometimes I bring extra snacks and me and my friends have a sort-of picnic around the bench while working out. Makes the whole work-out experience more fun and makes sure we're getting in enough energy.
