You can hell I did it and reached pretty strong levels but then you notice that running around a block tires you out which honestly even if you look /fit/ is just embarassing. So do some cardio not long distance runner level but at least able to run for 10km without dying
It's better than doing nothing but worse than doing it together with some cardio
You do too much cardio and you'll look like Kamoshida
