My biggest problem isn't not knowing what to do, it's actually doing the work of the program and sticking with it long enough. I know I'm not alone in this.
The problem is showing up day after day.
This thread is for rolling for the program you will do for 1 year. If you're rolling on July 19th 2017, you must do the program you roll for until July 19th 2018.
If you start getting stuck, think about how you can get better at the program and experiment.
