Tropicana Orange juice: 110cal/6oz serving (220/12oz)

Apple Juice: 120cal/10oz (144/12oz)

Cranberry: 110cal/10oz (165/12oz)

Pineapple: 110cal/6oz (220/12oz)

The ONLY thing you should be drinking is water, and milk if you want that. Drinking your calories is what fat people do. And the insulin spike isn't worth it in the least bit. Have an apple or an orange instead
