Is drinking Juice a better substitute to Soda? And I'm not talking about that non concentrate shit. I'm talking about Pure, untampered with; Juice.

Better than soda sure. But you should always elect to actually eat and chew your fruits rather than drink juice.
Probably not as bad, but they still have a fuck ton of sugar in them topically. That being said I need to go get some juice to take with my creatine. What's peoples favorite? I was thinking cranberry for urethra gains or pineapple for deem tasty cut gains.

think of how many oranges it takes, to make 1 glass of orange juice.
6, perhaps? you'll then be consuming the calories of 6 oranges in one go.

>Juice
Never touch the stuff, they're just as bad as sodas in terms of caories and sometimes even worse.
Pepsi: 150cal/12oz can
Tropicana Orange juice: 110cal/6oz serving (220/12oz)
Apple Juice: 120cal/10oz (144/12oz)
Cranberry: 110cal/10oz (165/12oz)
Pineapple: 110cal/6oz (220/12oz)
The ONLY thing you should be drinking is water, and milk if you want that. Drinking your calories is what fat people do. And the insulin spike isn't worth it in the least bit. Have an apple or an orange instead
Despite the "healthy" propaganda, there's nothing healthy about juice. You're essentially extracting the sugar water out of the fruit. Of course it's better than soda, but that's like saying to smoke crack since it's less harmful than heroin.
Drinking juice is like cracking an egg and only eating the yolk.
It's still sugary as fuck but better by a small margin. I only drink juice when I get low blood sugar because I'm type 1 diabetic and they're a quick fix.
