just worked out a meal plan and grabbed some random workout plan for my body type. I have no idea how to do these exercises (bench press, curls etc) and i have no workout buddy to show me the ropes. is a personal trainer someone that can help me with this? and feel free to leave me some bro tips

Just youtube them thoroughly and walk in with a concrete plan on which exercises to do in which order.

Scott Herman has solid advice on form for the major 5 barbell movements. The rest of his channel is garbage, but he knows his shit when it comes to proper form and range of motion.

You should be doing a full body strength program if you're new to lifting. Don't even touch a PPL/PHUL/or brosplit until you've built a foundation.

Find a guy With solid form and ask if he can form check you between his sets or exercises. Most people don't mind giving 5 minutes to help out a newbie who is serious about advancing and can take advice.

Start light. Perfect your form before the weights get heavy. I cannot stress this enough. Your body will not gain significant aesthetics in just a few months. You're in this for the long haul, so perfect the movements and work your weight up gradually.

Set a three month goal and tunnel vision onto it. For example:

Squat 1.25x body weight
Bench 1.0x body weight
Deadlift 1.5x bodyweight

Having short term, realistic goals will keep you motivated. Don't be afraid to stall. It's the only way to know if your diet and sleep habits are in check.
