So I've read the sticky and basically it says that the best method of warm up is doing a few reps of the exercise I am about to do at small weight and go gradually up and the best post-warm up is doing a light jog.
What the fuck is the point of stretching then?

Come to think of it, I had cramps just from walking a few days ago and I thought it's because I never availed for post-workout massage. Is there really no reason to stretch then?
