I just got my bloodwork back from the doctor. Perfect levels across the board, but my test was at 450. I know this is on the lower end, and he said it was just fine. I want to know how much this inhibits my lifting ability, and how I can increase it naturally without messing myself up long-term. Is possible?
Unless youre on a huge calorie deficit, vitamin D deficient, and really sleep deprived, the only thing you can do to raise your test is steroids. End of story.
Iirc, free test levels are actually more important than testosterone levels in terms of muscle gain. As the other guy said about boosting it, unless you have crap sleep and/or diet, it wont go up by much

Tell him that it's not fine for you and you want androgel

>androgel
>weakest form of delivering test
>not pinning
might as well start the transition from male to female

Now that you know you've got below-average test, do you feel like you could have diagnosed yourself in hindsight? Did you have a weak libido, get tired easily, and were prone to depression?
