Egg burritos with chorizo, salsa and cheese.

For me its one serving of oatmeal, 1 or 2 egg whites and 3 slices of turkey bacon.

8 oz. steak, 4 eggs (with or without cheese), baked sweet potato, banana, and a glass of OJ

Oats on a cut , even more oats with egg on a bulk. Take protein with both.
