Apparently i have:
221 systolic
99 diastolic
47 bpm resting heart rate
That can't be good now can it? I mean according to the charts i have a really strong heart and extremely high blood pressure? I don't even eat salt in my foods ffs.

I don't think your meter is accurate. Did you just come back from exercising or something ? Did you tense your muscle while the meter was running?
If you're really 221 systolic pressure at RESTyou should see your physician asap and get on some medication.

Those are some fucked up readings anon. If you have symptoms like a headache you need to go to a hospital because it's a hypertensive crisis.
Just did a second reading, it showed:
178 sys
92 diastolic
55 bpm heart rate
I can understand the elevated heart rate because i just drank a coffee but why is my blood pressure so high? I don't feel headaches or anything. These are pre-stroke levels.
I'm 1.79 cm tall, 84 kg with around 10% bodyfat if that helps.

I just asked you like 4 questions how about you answer those ?
>>42193862
No i took the readings right after i woke up. I was standing up. I didn't tense or anything, in fact i closed my eyes and was as relaxed as possible. Before i took the reading i had half a glass of coffee and some vape.

Fuck you, I don't care about your questions.

Hey don't talented ripley me

Look up some vids on how to properly take your blood pressure. You did a few things that were non-standard, i.e. right after waking up, standing up, coffee, nicotine --> all can increase blood pressure. Ideally you'd want to be seated for at least 5 minutes, no caffeine, no nicotine.
The one reading alone isn't indicative of much, but if your readings are always that high then you have hypertension and you'd be better off taking antihypertensive medication if you can't control it with diet and exercise alone.
